Kimi Sloop, Associate of Barney & Worth, Inc., has 20 years of planning and public engagement experience. The issues she addresses are often multi-faceted and complex, involving communication strategies that both serve to educate, engage and build consensus and partnerships among stakeholders. Her facilitation skills have been used in multiple public involvement settings including stakeholder interest groups, interviews, public workshops and open houses and multi-day charrettes.
Before joining Barney & Worth, Kimi was a supervising planner at Parsons Brinckerhoff where she led the land use elements of infrastructure projects to identify opportunities to enhance the value of public infrastructure investments. She holds a Masters of Public Administration from Portland State University.
