Clark Worth, Principal of Barney & Worth, Inc. has more than thirty years of experience as a consultant, successfully advising clients in the areas of planning, strategic communications and public involvement. Clark’s project experience covers nearly every aspect of government programs: water resources and infrastructure, land use planning and urban growth, parking and transportation, facility siting and permitting, business/government relations, and economic development. Clients rely on Clark to skillfully guide processes involving complex and controversial issues. His commitment to citizen participation, combined with his successes over three decades, has convinced many public agency and business clients that it really pays to listen.
Prior to entering private business, Clark was a project manager with Portland Development Commission. Earlier, he served with two Oregon Governors as policy analyst and local government liaison in the Oregon State Executive Department.
Clark holds a BS degree in Political Science (minor in architecture) from the University of Oregon where he also received his post-graduate education in Public Administration. He is an arts community leader, serving in leadership roles in local arts commissions as well as providing consultant services to develop public art plans for cities across the United States.
